Well, an old friend gave them to me. And they are specially nice because rim is relatively light weight and seems build like good road rims. And hubs are alu as well spokes are steel chromed mild steel.
But there are some options out there.
Just received the front wheel that matches the rear I got for the pedal bike. Two of those would be nice for a balance bike. But rims are more crude and hubs are steel. But they run similarly and won't weigh that much more.This seller has other wheels and there is loads more to choose from on AliExpress.
I just needed double threads on the rear and this was the only option that also matched the budget
