Bit of gearing advice needed
The bombtrack came with 42x16 (72 gear inch on 40mm tyres) which is fine for commuting. Looking finally at taking it out of London for some offroad'ish stuff - chilterns, maybe southdowns, etc. Also, will do some family cycling with my 8 year old on same kind of terrain
I'll gear down, but how low is sensible? 50-55 gear/inch maybe?
The crank is 130bcd (on a gravel / touring bike....) so I could go 38x19 (55) or 38x20 (52)
thoughts?

And - at the back I've got an 11-speed hub with a single sprocket and spacers
Assume I'm after something like these Miche sprockets? https://thecycleclinic.co.uk/products/miche-11-speed-for-shimano-individual-cassette-sprockets

I run a 36x19 single speed on the Sequoia for general loaded dirty trips and 40x19 fixed on the wankester if she wants to go a bit quicker

My new one. Saw some dusty single track yesterday. This is the build to get it rolling and figure out fit. Will slowly swap components as funds allow and as I decide what I want.
