Impressive. Don't the pictures have frames already?

As one comment states
when Robert dies no one is going to say he's in a better place now

YouTube is Communist
Never occurred to me that that could be the reason so many of the posters and commenters are racist nutters. They're just fighting the battle where the opposition is.

YouTube tries to suggest Jordan Peterson and that American comic who has recently become the darling of the far right for his anti-trans stuff to me every now and again, maybe it does the reverse as well, and every now and then shows RW nut jobs some UBI stuff/similar, which they interpret to mean that they're a persecuted minority in terms of their views. IDK, just made me literally LOL as I turned him off. Dr Strangelove moment, I thought.

The sidebar algorithm could be much better in my opinion. It often pushes only one type of video or one channel. I tend to use it as a way to discover new channels, but it is quite stubborn. It could be a feature to open up lots of hidden, good content that suffers by YouTube not really being an accessible social media platform. Unless you specifically search for something you won't find it, but you will probably be pushed a Mr Beast video over and over.

Somehow have found myself watching a fair few from Adventures with Purpose
They've got monopoly on the niche of finding drowned people in cars, the pieces to camera are little bit too sentimental though. -

New Beau Miles :)

I was listening to this year's Reith Lectures with Stuart Russell, and I hadn't realised that the YT algorithms "realised" that the easiest way to provide content viewers wanted was to focus on people with more extreme views as they were more predictable. It was also easier to get those people to keep watching.

Why is Kathy Beale from Eastenders (circa 1990s) circled in the thumbnail?

The only thing I hate about Beau Miles is that there aren't enough of his videos.

Loved seeing the SUV's and kitted out 4x4's tank it. I wonder how an EV would fare?

Blue fiesta driver "turn your phone off.... I'm warning you, I'm coming back there" :) (nice lifted Range Rover btw).
Then next car tries to drive down the actual river. comedy gold

The fiesta was a good laugh, but howcome no one is warning those drivers before hitting a 2-3 feet deep flooding? Makes me a bit sad that people just stand aside, waiting for another one to ruin their car. And then make a youtube channel out of it?
-
• #347
Yeah. My first thought was more of it being some kind of challenge.
What's the best technique?
Seems strange that an A class and one of the 3 series get through, but others don't.

I imagine a big factor is how low the air intake is

Maybe Dammit can get some garage door building tips
YouTube algo queued up a car channel that I was vaguely familiar with (guy who owns the channel has been on another one I've watched) so I hit "yes".
Main guy on sofa, talking to camera in intimate mode, starts off with "I've not put out a lot of content recently because, as you know, I'm a real Conservative guy and YouTube is Communist".
At which point I turned him off. Americans, are they all insane?
