On the rare occasion I make something useful, I upload the design to Thingiverse. It can be quite rewarding to see people making your stuff and leaving comments or likes. Today took things to the next level...somebody sent me a tip in Paypal for an accessible phone case design I uploaded a few years ago!
In other news, I've got the most frustrating print problem ever. My printer has basically been working perfectly for over a year but suddenly started underextruding quite badly when I put a new spool of filament on it.
Cue five hours of checking e-steps, feed path, cleaning and reassembling hot end, cleaning and reassembling extruder drive gear, replacing bowden tube etc etc with zero luck. I checked its not the new filament but switching back to something that was working last week.
Decided enough was enough and just bought upgraded hotend and extruder to fit. If that doesn't solve the problem, I'm hoying this fucking thing out of the window.
