I was looking into the motorcycle license thing recently, and came to the conclusion that you can ride up to a 125cc motorcycle without doing a CBT if you passed your test before the year 2000.
I think.... But who knows.
I wanted to get a Honda Zoomer, but got an Abarth instead.
