British Army Arctic Sleeping Bag
This a genuine bit of British army surplus kit. The 90 pattern Arctic issue sleeping bag as used by British forces in cold climates, rated to a max of -10 degrees Celsius which means this bag will keep you warm and toastie with ease. Mummy style hood with drawstring cord, base of the bag has a foot box which means you can sleep inside the bag with boots on. Please note this bag has been in use by serving personnel and may have small repairs, stains, or marks.Features Include:

Places that provide directly for the homeless (rather than sell stuff to raise funds) would take a clean functional sleeping bag too. Lewisham Donation Hub would - but probably a bit far for you.
