I haven’t found any additional info on the wheels. This is from isens insta:
We were asked by our friends at TSC Wilmslow to build a bike to compete in the National Hill climb championships this year. The aim was to build the lightest steel framed bike we could, without compromising on functionality or safety (so no drillium or cutting off drops etc...) so the bike would still be as much (type 2) fun to ride Hill climbing as it would be on a Sunday Salida.

That’s interesting, is there some benefit in twisting them together then? This revelation could help push it from anti into functional .. 😄
