The seattube is probably repairable but to recreate the curve + indent must be a harder job than most cracked straight tubes, so would likely cost more than 200£. Adding to that seatpost uncertainty, and repaired frames fetching about 300£ on ebay, not certain £175 makes it an attractive prospect
