Massive thanks to @panton i sold him a stem months ago. Royal mail appeared to have lost it. I refunded him and managed to eventually claim a partial refund from Royal mail but it miraculously just turned up but he messaged me straight away to let me know and ask if i wanted paying for it. He could have easily kept quiet about its arrival had a freebie and I'd have never known. He was patient during the initial delay and honest when it finally did turn up. Forum karma comes through again. This would never happen on ebay which i estimate is 80% cunts
