You're right though, I think if I met the other two conditions probably better to play it safe and get a PCR and risk a false positive. As I remember though you might have to lie a bit on the application forms.
I read this bit from https://www.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test :-
"
You should not use this service if you’ve received a positive PCR test result in the last 90 days, unless you get any new COVID-19 symptoms.
"
as you only test within 90 days of a previous positive PCR test if you get any new symptoms. So the non-symptom reasons are out for people within 90 days of a previous positive PCR test.
However, that's a very literal reading of the text on that site, and maybe with Omicron it's better to test for close contact etc, but there's an increased chance you'll still test positive from the previous infection.
