For this particular machine, it's available at curry's and I get 8% off through our work benefits scheme.
We also do a computer purchase programme through salary sacrifice but that's really only for more standard things like MacBooks etc. Again, it's a company specific benefit. Nothing govt related etc.

Is this something specific to your workplace? I think I've read about something akin to cycle scheme for computers, my employer doesn't run one. The main reason I want a new computer is to upgrade my profession skills in my free time.
