I’m not even sure it has bearings. But really good motion either way
It took me ages to figure out how to skip. The easiest way to do it is try just jumping with both feet. Then just one foot. Then alternate feet. You’ll find your natural speed and riddem and can then build on that
I have an Adidas skipping rope. It’s quick enough without being too quick. No weights so good for starting out. And it’s adjustable. I’m 6’3 and it’s just right. https://www.adidas.co.uk/skipping-rope/Q07652.html?af_channel=Shopping_Search&af_reengagement_window=30d&c=GS-OPT-UK-Categories-Branded-Medium%20Stock&cm_mmc=AdieSEM_PLA_Google-_-GS-OPT-UK-Categories-Branded-Medium%20Stock-_-Branded%20Medium%20Stock%20-%20unisex-_-PRODUCT_GROUP&cm_mmca1=UK&cm_mmca2=&ds_agid=58700007367469706&gbraid=0AAAAADwBzxrTE3QjVBrHdgtVAbtPqgz3d&gbraid=0AAAAADwBzxrTE3QjVBrHdgtVAbtPqgz3d&gclid=Cj0KCQiA5OuNBhCRARIsACgaiqWQ-WriNSBwgEmH0JQA9Z3sOx1mcibvHx2GQusVX2maUxIJBh7QmVkaApyVEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds&is_retargeting=true&pid=googleadwords_temp
