Daily LFD testing and mask wearing at all times in my daughter's school halved infections amongst the kids and no more teachers got it. That was about 3 weeks ago so delta but if everyone does the right thing it seems to make a difference.

Sounds good. Although is that practical on a national level?
Maybe that could be implemented if there’s an outbreak but might be too late by that point. -
School my son goes to does the same along with open windows.
One case in his class, but the pupil sitting next to the infected pupil didn't get it.
Yey for mask wearing and having to wear a coat as the window is open. Well maybe not that ;)

I can’t see there being a lock down.
Although a lot will hang on who the unvaccinated are.
I suspect schools will find it difficult to remain operational but likely to be on a local basis.
