Price was ordered to pay £213 in costs, with the hearing told she already owes the court £7,358.
So she's given a costs order by a court that knows she won't pay. Surely she her car should be impounded until she pays or sold if she can't. In Belgium they have a habit of keeping cars as a guarantee of payment.
