I'm not sure what the setup is, if this is part of an agreement with the EU they cannot disband it without pissing pretty much all EU countries off.
It's just nonsense pre-settled status won't convert to settled automatically.
They can already take it off you anyway for convictions with a long prison sentence.
Which you can fight in court if you have family but Raab will put an end to that probably... (Which I suppose also affects non EU ILR rights?)

Breaking agreements doesn't seem to bother this bunch as much as it should.
And even if they lose, they will hide behind the unelected bureaucrats and interfering goody-two-shoes lawyers arguments again, rather than face up to being a complete shower of self-serving shits who are stoking the fires of unwarranted prejudice to further their own nefarious ends.
Bound to be disbanded soon then.
