Is there no concept of using a car as a weapon for something like GBH in uk law? This seems as deliberate and clear cut as it gets.
Like calling stabbing someone "causing serious injury by dangerous knife waving"
I'm surprised the various cycling clubs and bodies haven't considered funding a civil action in these cases. For PR as much as anything.
The worry would be a jury would be afraid to convict and it would be seen as legitimate to attack cyclists
