To be fair, I had this message last night, waiting 12 hours and was able to get some, so think most of the time it is just a temporary issue.

Obviously this is shit, but you can still use https://maps.test-and-trace.nhs.uk/ to get a collect code and pick up from local pharmacy.

Are there any at local pharmacies where you are? I got mine at Boots.
