I need to buy one for my own van and im tempted to buy a fein cordless but I have milwaukee M18 stuff so I might end up just buying the milwaukee one. Yeah the noise off his is loud but then again all the tools now seem deafening

I use ear protection in the workshop but not on site at the moment. The early Fein in particular really gets to me though. It's not uncommon to come home a bit deaf in any case and I'm trying to stop doing that as much these days.
I look at the battery one but as much as the cable takes time to sort out it never really bothers me that much. I would probably find the batteries run down between use which would give me a problem every time I went to use it anyway.

I've got 2 of the corded ones. I bought the latest low vibration ones having had the older noisier one for years. I got to the point where the noise would get to me so badly I hated using it. Later version cured that. The Fein ones are great.
