I idly wondered if there was job description or person spec back when we were furious about MP pay, and recently found out there is absolutely fuck all; you are elected to be a Member of Parliament and that is it, you decide what you want to do as an MP and no-one else.

I think we call agree most* politicians can’t be trusted. By how do you weed out the BJ’s of this world and replace them with decent human beings.
Once thing that’s confusing me; how many hours a week does an MP work, especially if they have time for 2nd/3rd jobs?
