Good lock up. Rear wheel and frame secured by u-lock, front wheel skewer removed so they can’t ride it away easily, bike upside down to complicate access to stem, cable securing front wheel.

Couldn't believe it when I saw it. Lock thinner than my pinky finger on a fully ultergra'd cannondale!

i probably posted in this thread 10 years ago but i can’t ever forget the Dean Ti mtb (custom built in Canada) i watched get nicked outside the apple store on Regent st, one of those shitty little cable locks through the back wheel, chap walked over, reached down, snip, and was gone.
took about 4-6 seconds.
I was about 20 yards away but on the phone so not taking it all in, chap came out looking shocked, didn’t have the heart to tell him he was an idiot for not using a heavy Abus D or just not locking up a very expensive bike in central london. -

are vanmoof bikes any good?
I quite like the look of the clean lines and they have some interesting design ideas.
saying that, I did own a strida for a while for similar reasons... -

Probably great until you need to go round a corner in the dark.
That big-ugly plastic box above the bb is what for?
