Once thing that’s confusing me; how many hours a week does an MP work, especially if they have time for 2nd/3rd jobs?
There are hundreds of them. Some work hard at being an MP, others treat it as their pass to the best beer terrace in London and concentrate on other things.

I idly wondered if there was job description or person spec back when we were furious about MP pay, and recently found out there is absolutely fuck all; you are elected to be a Member of Parliament and that is it, you decide what you want to do as an MP and no-one else.
