It looks tidy but it's Victorian Renovation Starter Pack stuff.

I can see why you might fit fifty gazzillion down lights in the loft; the ceiling height aint great so no feature pendants or whatever, but why the fit them everywhere else....gahh

Yeah zactly, total basic bitch set up, like you’d find in some provincial town like Scotland or somewhere.
