Trek 5200

Picked up a frameset on Friday, used to be USPS pearlescent white, now lacquered bare carbon.

Is this the one from eBay recently? Looks familiar!

I think this was from gumtree, definitely not the eBay one. There is / was a thread on weight weenies the previous owner created.

I think him stripping the original paint off was quicker than me uploading a photo!

What can I say? I'm a busy man. Got most of the bits I need, but I can't seem to find the time to build it....

What plans do you have for the build?

Ooh yeh one of my top 5 would like to own all time bikes. Even without the paint it’s cool as owt. With the paint it’s doping big ring climbing magnificence.
Deep wheels?

I've got a choice, spinergy rev X super stiff tubs, or these.

I've got some carbon bars knocking about and a 7800 groupset too (I think)
