There are probably dozens of little known builders as good or better than Peg.
Marnati frames were rebadged as Colnago and Benotto…who even knows who Marnati was? Pela built for Masi and Gios, he built a ton of frames for Merckx, now he is forgotten.

I have a Goff (and several other UK custom frames), I honestly can't conceive how a Pegoretti would improve on them, presuming they're for actually riding and not hanging on a wall.
