In a sense I still have that bike at my parents. Same everything (including forks) but I swapped the frame for a Massi one. My friend still has his 520 I think
So I don't need more bike(s)... -

My Daily Driver in winter mode... Got given a set of fenders which after a bit of modding went on fine! Never had fenders before... wow aren't they great!? Also gave the fork a bit of zesty crackle cause free paint...

Thanks all, I am actually really considering respraying whole bike with black blue/black grey as I really struggle to live with current colour

How did you get that crackle effect? It looks cool.
Also obligatory you need to add a flap to that front mudguard comment.

Montana Crackle paint. generally pretty pleased with it. There's a couple of spots where the crackle is less crackly cause I wasn't quick enough at getting good coverage so had to go back over it :/
New to fenders so any good flap links appreciated... or is it more of a bodgemod vibe?

Really good looking bike!
Did you make the rack yourself?I've made flaps from stiff plastic document binders and rubber gasket material, that you can buy in sheets from auto parts stores. Rubber is nice as it is less likely to break if you hit a curb, but sometimes it flaps about too much in the wind.

Thanks!
Yeah rack is a creation of my own. It’s first iteration on a previous bike was much larger, gave it a chopshop rehash and made it smaller with nicer mounting points. Weighs a fair bit but sturdy as ye like!
Nice. I’ll check out some rubbery stuff, I quite like the idea of them flapping around like a rally car as I aproach an overcrest water trap before a hairpin

Nice job on the rack!
Same goes for the crackle paint fork.I never thought of them as rally flaps, but I'll definitely refer to them as such on the future.
