I have a lease with the management company which I am 1/5 of, who themselves have a head lease with the freeholder. The freeholder is absent and I wouldn't know how to contact them. Management co permission/addendum should be easy but really not sure on the freeholder bit
Easy in difficulty, expensive in money and time, as Usually this can only be done via respective sollicitors.
The mangement company should be able to guide you. This will demand effort from them which is unsual, so be firm and patient.
the main flat who ran the managament co sold their flat earlier in the year and I suspect nobody will know anything and that it'll be on me. So I think it'll be me applying effort
