    -Cool, quiet bedroom
    -Comfortable pillow with adequate support
    -Dark room (get blackout blinds)
    -No caffeine after early afternoon
    -Avoid alcohol
    -Have a bath or hot shower before bed
    -Avoid using screens near bedtime

    Does this work? I find it wakes me up, almost like doing exercise.
