My front door, leaded lights and frames cost £6k (including furniture, sign writing, security glass etc) with the VAST majority of the labour on the woodwork of the door and window frames. So I would hope you'd be under your budget. All my leaded glass was taken off-site for a month and brought back as new.

Problem with stuff like that people can just think up a price and double it. Looks amazing though.
