Cheers, but it's "probably" at the local delivery office... so what happens if it isn't? Their services finder should list where the CSP actually is, not where it probably is...

To further add to the confusion, they offer collection at your home, which allows me to input the tracking information and they've said they'll come get it from me tomorrow morning, as long as I pay them the fee (fee is £0.00).
So hopefully they'll show up and explain... but if this works, I'm left wondering why it wasn't listed as an option after I paid for the postage?

Because of Covid chaos I wouldn't believe a word of that web page - I'd go to a Post Office and speak to a human and get receipts for every damn thing.
