Even easier is:-
- Wash spuds
- Dry spuds
- Chip spuds
- Dry chips with tea towel
- Lightly coat in oil
- Bake for 30-40 minutes at ~190C
Can be done with sweet potatoes too, although they generally take 5-10 mins less than normal potatoes.
Skin on fries much nicer, no deep frying required, much less unhealthy.
- Wash spuds
Oven bloody chips? Peel spud, chip, boil for 7 or 8 minutes, deep fry for 7 at high temperature. 20 minutes total, delicious and fuck getting fat!
