  • Oven bloody chips? Peel spud, chip, boil for 7 or 8 minutes, deep fry for 7 at high temperature. 20 minutes total, delicious and fuck getting fat!

  • Even easier is:-

    • Wash spuds
    • Dry spuds
    • Chip spuds
    • Dry chips with tea towel
    • Lightly coat in oil
    • Bake for 30-40 minutes at ~190C

    Can be done with sweet potatoes too, although they generally take 5-10 mins less than normal potatoes.

    Skin on fries much nicer, no deep frying required, much less unhealthy.
