A couple of pics of the scratches to the stanchion as promised. Easier to picture in the daylight. Running my finger over them today they are fine scratches, but as already mentioned there's no impact on their performance at all, and the grit that caused them is long gone as they've never got worse than when I first noticed them.

Cheers fella. I did consider that, briefly. But in my limited experience of shims they're always a far from perfect solution.
If no interest at £xxx I'll either keep it or whack in on the bay next time they discount their scandalous sellers fees for a weekend.

Hi. Sorry for the slow reply.
In the end I've decided to keep the fork myself and its now fitted to my bike. Soz and thanks for the interest.
Hardly used Rockshox Reverb AXS. Bought brand new from my LBS early Aug 2020, but I've hardly used the bike it's been fitted to, so it's only covered 208 miles (thanks strava) and half of those will be on an uplift or push up. As I've used the bike so little and because it's only been used on uplift or push up days then I've decided I'm happy with a regular seatpost. Would fit it to another bike but my other mtb is 31.6mm.
This is a 30.9mm with 170mm travel in the 480mm length. It comes with everything, so the shifter, band on clamp, charger/cable, battery etc. Although I've used it infrequently it's been faultless.
Annoyingly there's a couple of marks on the "stanchion" (not sure if it's called a stanchion, but I've nicked the word from the slidey up and down part of forks). I'm guessing a bit of grit got in the seal and marked it. I took it to the LBS and they said it was absolutely fine and not worth worrying about as the "stanchion" is still smooth and not scored. And it's worked perfectly ever since; no loss of pressure, no issues at all so I guess they were right.
It was £700 new. Now for sale elsewhere. I'll get some better pics put up in the morning in daylight.
Kinesis Maxlight Boost 29+ or 275+ carbon fork. Its very light and will turn your xc bike into a rocket. Full spec here:
https://www.kinesisbikes.co.uk/Catalogue/Forks/Mountain-Bike/MAXLIGHT-BOOST
I'm only selling as I have another carbon 29er rigid fork so this is surplus. I prefer a fully rigid 29er over a drop barred gravel bike for winter road and gravel duties.
110x15mm thru axle with QR lever. Internal brake routing. Full carbon steerer with secure expanding bung included. Steerer cut to 142mm which was fine slammed on a medium 29er xc bike. Includes the bolts and a 180mm adapter for a brake.
These are £380 new. £130 posted.
Any questions, please ask. Thanks
