(Simple 30-38c all road bikes are IN next season amongst the niche internet micro influencers imo, the idea of “having a bike which just works, gets you about, no faff, discreet and easy to run after a couple of years faffing with old standards, cantis, different wheel sizes and swept back bar angles. One is left just wanting to churn miles with some good friends and maybe travel some distance in ease, having tried to haul their 26r crust wagon down the a212 in the dark winter nights covered in mud”)
