Well, MR scan revealed a plica, a baker cyste and some cartelidge damage. I met with a sport Physiotherapist last month and since then I am going to the gym three times a week and besides doing a core program @Simba designed for me, I train my leg muscles using an occlusion pump. The phys is reviewing the situation again sometime in December or January and the we make a plan according to the gains achieved. I have been super positive about the training actually, but this week the knee has sort of become a bit more painful again. But then I just went to gym right now and it feels better again. So I don't know really. Doesn't feel like I can push the pedals hard right now but on the other hand I can see that I am consistently pushing more watts on the step circle training machine thingy than when I started

Oh man. Hope progress continues and you get back to riding. I managed to knock my knee cap onto my chain ring two weeks ago and my tendons and everything is angry at me proper. Haven't been riding much since. Seeing the sports doc on Tuesday, see what he says.
Ironically I already had the knee pads at home ... Just didn't wear them :/
What's going on with that?
