Cliff Shrubb track frameset in pearl white, 63cm seat tube (c-c), 58cm top tube, Reynolds 531, Campagnolo frame and fork ends, lovely Prugnat cut-out lugs and round-bladed fork with Georg Fischer flat crown. No drilling for brakes. No dents or structural damage but chipped paintwork. I had Brixton Bikes clean and chase the bottom bracket and fork steerer threads and ream and face the fork crown so bottom bracket and headset install beautifully. British threading on the steerer and BB shell. Geometry is steep and clearances tight but it will take 25c tyres.
I will be selling many (but not all) of the parts seen in that build plus some other cool track/fixed/for tall people stuff so keep an eye out over the weekend (no dibsing for now please).
Full disclosure: I bought this frameset on here a few years back from @kelfthegiantelf- see thread - https://www.lfgss.com/conversations/342811/#comment15646867. It had a tiny crack at the seat clamp which I then had repaired by Winston Vaz (former frame builder at Roberts). He replaced the entire seat tube with a 531 tube I sourced directly from Reynolds and did a beautiful job. His brother Mario did a somewhat less beautiful job of respraying it (some ‘orange peel’ texture in places and not very neat lug lining). When I built it up it looked so gleaming white that I deliberately chipped the paintwork so it was less likely to get nicked and planned to get it resprayed at some point. Genuine reason for sale - last week I miraculously recovered the bike I had stolen in Camberwell a year and a half ago, which I built this one to replace. Now that I have my baby back, there’s no sense in keeping this despite having become very fond of it. It’s a really solid, fun ride.
£350. I hope this seems reasonable. Do say so if you feel I’ve got this wrong. Thanks everyone and have a great weekend.
Don't worry about formatting, just type in the text and we'll take care of making sense of it. We will auto-convert links, and if you put asterisks around words we will make them bold.
Tips:
Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----
To *italicise* text put one asterisk each side of the word
To **bold** text put two asterisks each side of the word
Embed images by entering: ![](https://www.google.co.uk/images/srpr/logo4w.png) That's the hard one: exclamation, square brackets and then the URL to the image in brackets.
* Create lists by starting lines with asterisks
1. Create numbered lists by starting lines with a number and a dot

For syntax highlighting, surround the code block with three backticks:

Just like Github, a blank line must precede a code block.
