All my mp3s were on Google Music which meant I had access to everything I wanted there, then Google moved it over to YouTube Music and now I have to pay for the privilege of listening to my own mp3s? Fuck that

You can port your google music library over to Youtube music.
It is under:
Library > (Albums/ Songs/ Whatever) > uploads (this is your previous library)
YT music is the pay-for / ad-filled service, uploads is your old stuff
