If anyone is up near Cambridge, I've been to Hot Numbers roastery a few times to meet some car nerd friends and it's pretty great. They roast beans well, they make coffee well, and they serve pour over/filter which I like. They also do decent breakfasts but better than breakfast, they make excellent pizzas on site. I've not been to the cafes in central Cambridge, but the roastery in Shepreth is well worth a visit.
Not bought any of their beans to take away yet, but mostly because I just cycle through Yellow Bourbon, Dark Arts, and Monmouth so not had a chance, but I might give them a go next time I'm up there.
I haven't had any Hot Numbers beans in a couple of years but try to visit the Cambridge cafe every time I visit mates.
The cafe is great and i remember the beans being really good, though I've not tried any of the others you mention so couldn't compare them. Defs worth a go.
