I still dont see how Mahrez fits Peps system yet it seems to work.
He is selfish, arguably rightfully so, which doesnt really fit the ideology if you think of Grealish, KDB, Raheem and Silva while all exceptional solo tend to play more fluidily than mahrez.
Works though innit.

Top lols for the arsenal goal.

I'm amazed the United players weren't turning on De Gea - you can't just lie down and turn your back on play if you're a keeper just because someone stood on your foot.

That was really funny. What a tool.

He absolutely thought it was an Arsenal player and took a dive waiting for the ref to blow up, more fool him.
Somehow VAR took 4 minutes to decide that was a goal and then 20 seconds to decide it was a penalty...
Anyone who thinks VAR has improved the game is a fool.

"yeah but why did United sign Ronaldo?"

United looked sharp tonight overall. Was a cracking game. Though not watched a lot of live football this year.

To generate copy for Wilson and Liew.

Playing for a place under the new boss even Fred had a good game

Yeah that could be it. And that might be enough. Was good to see sancho looking dangerous. And them just not setting up so negatively as they did against your lot at the weekend.

Sancho is an exciting player who will thrive under Ragnick in the right set up. Interesting times ahead.

If anyone in the east London area is free tomorrow and fancies a terrific afternoon out at a proper football ground, then can I suggest….

Please bring food/donation, or just pay £7 on the door. Should be 300+ crowd, a great atmosphere at a local derby, and it’s all for a good cause. If you see a green Brompton on the terraces, I’ll be nearby. Ta!

Sorry if you're part of the Rabble, but I'm backing Woodford. Their manager is a friend and former teammate and I'm not sure I've met a nicer guy in football.

I’m more on the sidelines, being an Orient supporter, but Stow are my old hometown club and it’s great to see them doing well, top of the league and two defeats all season. But it’s good to see Woodford Town up and running again, so no animosity here. Should be a cracker.

Looking forward to the game today, lunchtime kick-off means I can watch live which is always a big treat... I fancy West Ham to nobble us...

Has to be a big improvement on Wednesdays game but to be fair Chelsea were playing with 10 men in the 1st half. Saul was just a passenger.
Hope to see lukaku or even werner get a goal.
Antonio is such a handful silva, christen sen and Rudiger will have to be on there toes.

Saul was just a passenger.
I don't see the point of that guy, he's been useless for us... Chelsea TV seemed to be giving him a little cameo in their last video, bit of a PR job maybe? With so many midfielders out injured you'd think he'd be trying harder...
