For a long time I was a die-hard v60 fanboy, brewed twice a day with the Hoffman method, Svart grinder, gooseneck temperature controlled kettle, concisely timed pouring technique, the whole 9 yards. Then I switched back to aeropress one day because I'd run out of filters and now every time I make a v60 brew it tastes watery and flavourless in comparison. Haven't touched my v60 in almost a year now
Yeah, stick with Aeropress, consistently good coffee and much less faff. You can still have fun trying out the near endless list of aeropress brewing recipes if you get bored
