It works like: you finish work and then you get changed into running clothes and run 50km. When you get home you fall over trying to take your clothes off and you spend the next few days being incredibly hungry because you didn't eat anything except a KitKat chunky during the run. Would not recommend.
I take it back about my gloves, I wore them last night on an ill advised post-work ultra marathon and my hands were both sweaty and freezing. Maybe it's my hands that are at fault.
