Nice. I'd like an early 80s one. The early 2000 ones are so cheap, I want to pick up a 1.8T one once we have space to allow me to restore it. Such a fun engine.

Some odd ball features but the Mex's were pretty grim quality in comparison to the Wolfsburg models

True. But they are all significantly cheaper and well, everything is replaceable.
