GONE: XL-size 'The Raleigh' gaspipe frankenset

Large frame and fork with extra bits, listed below. I got the frame/fork here a few years back. Would suit someone over 6'. Collect in N19.

Pub beater fixer-upper, ready-to-go. Fits 700c or 27" wheels. Would suit curious first time single-speeder looking to get into sore knees.

Mudguards that clang (but work)

What it needs:
Seat clamp bolt.
Wheels.
Saddle.

As a tall person with friends, I can definitely vouch for this frame’s sizing but it does need some fettling…

Will throw in a single speed coversion kit with 16t and 18t cogs meanwhile.
