Watching on TV this season, I think that McFred are the whipping boys for glaring lack of structure in their team. McFred seem to have big gaps, in and out of possession, in front and behind them.

I think McTominay has something and if Matic had balls my aunty would be playing in midfield for United. I got bored writing that.
I think McT could be a decent midfielder. Fred could also be a decent midfielder. Just not together. And not when they're covering more than the 30 x 30 box they should be in.
