When hitting higher cadences I really concentrate non pushing my bum into the saddle and only using my legs.
And that’s the badgers, it’s a disciple that require a bit of concentration unlike a road bike where you don’t need to concentrate to be comfortable due to coasting.
I tell you one thing, never go down the Pyrenees on a fixed wheeler, that’s another level of pains.
46:19 is biggest gear I generally ride.
I find it pretty hard to 'drive' the pedals at higher cadences but riding rollers has definitely increased my ability to spin.
214rpm is my max cadence on rollers (and I guess I must actually be 'driving' the pedals to this cadence as it cant come from descending since on the rollers), on the road I max out at 203rpm and that tends to be when descending.
