I think I have a couple of small Paul Donohue track bikes left in these sizes for 700c wheels
They are Reynolds 853 tubing , not sure of the exact details till I have a look in the bike store.

Slightly updating search parameters - looking for a 49cm-52cm decent vintage road frame (world of Concorde / Ciocc / Battaglin). Just seeing what is around for a new build as have been accumulating parts, budget around £200.
