Since I already have a dedicated gravel bike and have just bought a road bike, I need to make space so I'm selling my Trek Crockett frameset.
This is the 2019 Trek Crockett 7 Disc frame, size 56 (TT is 558mm, ST is 533).
Frame is aluminium and the fork is full carbon.
Unlike the newer models this one has sliding rear dropouts meaning you can run it singlespeed, geared (1x Only!) or even run it fixed for some sweet sweet tracklocross action!
The sliding dropouts also mean you can adjust the wheelbase to change the handling or give a bit more tire clearance.
Speaking of tire clearance, despite being a UCI legal CX race frame, the tire clearance is more than adequate for gravel duties. It can happily take 43mm gravelking sk's with room to spare even with the rear wheel all the way in. Picture below is with 35mm gravel king slicks.
I've had a lot of fun riding this, its super snappy and responsive, it makes a great gravel bike and a pretty great road bike too. Ultimately, I can't justify having two gravel bikes and the chances of me ever racing CX are slim to none so my loss is your gain!
I bought this new about 18 months ago and the frame is still in excellent condition so I'd like £550.
That includes the bottom bracket (Sram GXP Team) and the stock FSA headset. I will happily throw in a stem and a set of bars too if anybody wants them.
If anybody wants the frameset with the Spyre Mechanical disc callipers I can throw them in too for another £50.
There are a few paint chips on the rear dropout and on the fork but no dings/dents or anything that isn't purely cosmetic.
Collection from E2 is preferred but I'm happy to ship at buyers cost. If anybody wants to come and have a look at the frame in person, just drop me a message.
