I was thinking about it, and I reckon you should be going the other way and get a Fiesta ST or Mk1 Golf Gti.
What's the rational for a fast barge when you've got the Andy Lee and a Porsche?
If it's just about a saloon V8 I still reckon you should look at a Lexus RC F. Will likely cost you a lot less to fix the broke bits and bring it up to spec.
