When's a good time to buy stuff? My understanding of sale periods like black friday is that often prices are artificially hiked for a length of time in advance so that they can accurately claim the items are on sale. Example - looking at an AEG oven on AO which it says was 1100. With black friday and a voucher I can get it down to 700 but the RRP is only 800. Now? Next week? After Christmas? I don't need it until mid jan and don't really care what I get down to the model, but would like half way decent stuff?
