I think the Specialized power saddles come in a mimic line, which has a groove rather than an full cutout, especially for women. The marketing blurb goes into more intimate detail but made logical sense for female specific anatomy. I had saddle pain (male) for a long time but following a couple of bike fits am very pleased with my phenom (long nose power). Worth trying different widths too to make sure the pressure is being put in the right places (I’m slim but am on a slightly wider saddle). Good luck!
