People of colour (or poor people) not being afforded justice doesn't mean that others shouldn't be.
But yes, it's unlikely. Then again OJ had enough money to get off. Fwiw my opinion on that is while he almost definitely did it, the case was handled so badly that I don't think a right minded jury could have convicted.
It's a moot point anyway because had he been black he would likely have been shot by the police at the time, rather than allowed to walk away and wait at home until his mum convinced him to turn himself in. And even if he'd made survived he'd of likely been advised to make a plea deal.
